Revision Stapes- "Small Fenestra" - Stapedectomy Surgery
Fenestra made earlier is too small and resulted in conductive hearing loss. Hence we attempted revision stapedotomy and widened the fenestra and placed piston between long process of incus and fenestra and this patient recoversd normal hearing 2 weeeks after this surgery in KKR ENT Hospital and research Institute, Chennai, India.
